Payment Policy

Payment Terms for Samples 

  • 100% Prepayment:
All sample orders require full payment upfront before production begins. This ensures the development process proceeds smoothly and covers material and labor costs. 
Payment must be completed to confirm sample production.

Payment Terms for Bulk Orders 

• 50% Deposit, 50% Before Shipment

◦ A 50% deposit of the total order value is required upfront to initiate production. 
◦ The remaining 50% must be paid before shipment. 
◦ Payment deadlines for the balance will be communicated upon production completion. Delayed payments may affect shipping timelines.

Payment Options 

Athleisure Basics offers a variety of payment options for flexibility and convenience

• Bank Transfers (Wire Transfer):

◦ Preferred for both international and domestic orders due to reliability and security. 

• PayPal, Shopify Pay, Zelle, or Credit Cards:

◦ Available for most orders, including samples. 

• Transaction Fees:

 ◦ Any fees associated with payment methods (e.g., credit card fees) are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

General Payment Policies 

Order Confirmation:

◦   No production or development will begin until the required payment (deposit, full amount for samples, or non-refundable down payment) is received.

Late Payments:

◦ Any delayed payment may result in production or shipping delays. 

Invoices:

◦ All payment terms and deadlines will be clearly outlined in the invoice. If 
payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, the order 
will be automatically canceled, and all progress, including designs, 
samples, and approvals, will not be retained. Should the client wish to 
proceed with the order after cancellation, the process must be restarted 
from the beginning, including all associated costs and timelines. 

Refunds:

◦   Payments made for non-refundable deposits, approved samples, or custom accessories are not eligible for refunds
