Who We Are

Athleisure Basics is a Portuguese-based company with over 30 years of experience
producing innovative and high-quality apparel for fashion-forward brands. We
specialize in an integrated process that includes fabric research and sourcing, cutting,
assembly, finishing, advanced printing, embroidery, dyeing techniques, and packing

of your brand’s vision.

What We Produce

Athleisure Basics creates a diverse range of products tailored to meet the needs of
modern, fashion-forward brands. Our offerings include T-shirts, sweatshirts, pants,
chinos, denim, jackets, and other outerwear styles. We also specialize in athletic wear
such as workout shirts, shorts, leggings, and performance-focused apparel. We work
with premium materials, including organic cotton, fabric blends, stretch fabrics,
lightweight and heavyweight textiles, fleece, and woven fabrics, ensuring both styl
and functionality.

Important Information

Pricing is determined after all required details are provided. An estimated price per
unit can be offered, but the final price is confirmed only after sample completion  and
confirmation of production quantities
Style creation requires a technical pack with measurements, sewing details, fabric
composition, and color references. If a technical pack is unavailable, you may send an
item to replicate measurements. Incomplete or unclear technical packs will be
interpreted by our team at the client's risk. Providing clear and comprehensive
instructions is the client’s responsibility.
If fabric details are unavailable, clients may send a sample for reference. This ensures
accuracy during production.

FAQ

What information is needed to start?

Samples are typically developed within two to four weeks, and production is
completed within eight to ten weeks after order confirmation and payment
Customizations added after sample approval are applied directly during production.

Can you source materials?
Yes, we manage the entire sourcing process. If fabric details are unavailable, clients
may send a reference product for us to find a matching fabric

our account if needed. Associated costs are charged to the client. Athleisure Basics is
not liable for damages, loss, or customs fees during transit.

What are the shipping terms?

products leave our facilities.

Can I handle my own shipping?
Yes, clients can handle their own shipping. Coordination, including providing all
relevant shipping details, will be the client’s responsibility.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Costs are determined based on the volume and weight of the shipment once the
package is packed.

Can I insure my shipment?

Athleisure Basics is not liable for shipping-related problems once the package leaves
our facilities.

What are the minimum quantities (MOQ)?
For custom productions, 50 units per style and color are required for orders with only
one color, and 30 units per style and color for orders with more than one color. For
private label, 100 units per style and color are required, including standard sizes.
Additional sizes are available upon request.

Can I see fabric options?
Fabric swatches can be provided based on your requirements or sourced to match a
sample sent to us.

Can I schedule a meeting or visit?
Yes, we offer a free initial virtual consultation to discuss your project. Further
consulting packages are available for in-depth discussions, whether virtual or in
person.

Storage and Retention of Samples

Samples and materials provided by clients are stored for two months after the project
concludes unless a return or extension request is made. If no extension is requested,
samples may be recycled without prior notice. Clients are responsible for managing
timelines and submitting return or extension requests.

Private Label Options

Athleisure Basics offers ready-to-produce designs with customizations for lower
MOQs (starting at 30 units per style). These options are ideal for streamlined
production. Private label items are limited to two customizations (e.g., prints or
