How We Process & Track Custom Clothing Orders in Portugal

At Athleisure Basics Manufacturing (ABM), every order follows a clear, auditable path used by leading European brands. These stages keep your project on schedule and fully traceable from fabric to finished garment.

  1. Fabric reservation & cutting — materials confirmed after deposit; markers optimized to minimize waste.
  2. Sampling & fit validation — for custom and first-time orders; approvals lock specs before bulk.
  3. Bulk production in Portugal — sewn in OEKO-TEX®-certified facilities with specialist lines for knits.
  4. Quality control & packing — visual checks, measurement checks, needle policy, and carton QC.
  5. Logistics dispatch — DPD/UPS for EU & international; DDP/EXW/FOB available on request.

Transparency promise: The status you see here mirrors our internal production board. If anything changes, we update the stage and estimated ship date.

Order Tracking FAQ

Why is sampling required before bulk production?

Sampling confirms fit, fabric behavior, and finishing quality. It prevents costly mistakes and locks the final spec used by the factory floor.

How long does production in Portugal usually take?

After sample approval, typical lead time is 4–8 weeks depending on seasonality, fabric availability, and order complexity.

Which shipping options are available?

EU deliveries usually go via DPD/UPS. For international, we offer DDP, EXW, or FOB per your logistics needs.
