Athleisure Basics Return Policy
Introduction
Athleisure Basics is committed to delivering high-quality products and addressing
customer concerns effectively. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions
under which returns, exchanges, and claims are handled for our products. For any

General Policy
Athleisure Basics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during
transit or delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of re-shipping items if
necessary.
Private Label Orders
• Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for all private label orders to
be processed. Additional time may be required during peak seasons.
• Shipping Time: Shipping typically takes 5-6 business days, excluding delays
caused by customs clearances.
Returns, Exchanges, and Missing Items:
• Defective Items: Returns are accepted for defective blank private label items
within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn,
unaltered, and unwashed. Returned items will be inspected, and if they meet
these conditions, they will be replaced. Return shipping is the customer’s
responsibility, and shipping costs for replacement items will be charged.
• Size Exchanges: Size exchanges can be requested based on availability.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and new shipping
charges will apply.
• Non-Defective Items: Customized private label items, including fittin
samples, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Missing Items: Missing items must be reported within 2 days of package
receipt. An internal investigation will be conducted based on package weight
and warehouse records.
Outsourced Accessories:
Athleisure Basics is not responsible for defects, damages, or incorrect products
related to outsourced accessories such as bags, labels, zippers, trims, or patches.
Sourcing can be arranged upon customer request, but responsibility is limited to
ensuring the accessories meet initial specifications
Bulk Orders:
Bulk orders where the customer did not approve a sample in advance are not eligible
for returns or refunds.
Damaged or Defective Claims:
• Claims for defective items resulting directly from the manufacturing process
(excluding shipping damages) must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
Clear photo or video evidence is required.
• If products are shipped directly to third-party vendors (e.g., printing houses,
dye houses), it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the items upon
delivery and report any issues within 3 days. Claims submitted after this period
will not be accepted.
Customized Orders
• Processing Time: Customized orders require 5-6 business days to process
after payment confirmation. Additional time may be needed during pea
seasons.
• Shipping Time: Estimated shipping times are 5-6 business days, excluding
customs clearance delays.
Returns, Exchanges, and Missing Items:
• Returns for customized orders (including samples and bulk orders) are not
accepted unless the items are defective.
• Approved claims for defective items will be eligible for replacement, refund, or
company credit. Replacement timelines will be provided, and the customer
must approve the replacement timeframe.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and shipping costs for
replacement items will apply.
• Missing items must be reported within 2 days of package receipt.
Important Notes
• Products with measurement deviations within the company’s tolerance chart
are not considered defective.
• Claims for defective items that undergo third-party modifications after leavin
Athleisure Basics' facility will not be accepted.
• Athleisure Basics strives to resolve claims efficiently; however, if third-part
partners involved in the production process fail to cooperate, Athleisure Basics
cannot be held responsible for unresolved claims.
Claims Submission
All claims must be directed to our Legal Department at
claims@athleisurebasics.com with supporting documentation.

Athleisure Basics reserves the right to update this return policy as necessary.
